Born and raised in a small town in the interior of Paraná, Luiz Felipe Marconi has always had a strong curiosity about different places, people, and cultures. This curiosity led him to learn English and Spanish on his own. At 19, he made the decision to move to Foz do Iguaçu and enrolled at UNIOESTE, where he completed his degree in Tourism.
During his university years, Luiz Felipe Marconi had the opportunity to intern at the Municipal Secretariat of Tourism, where he directly assisted tourists, and at Itaipu, in the Public Relations department. This experience with different people and cultures further enchanted him with the field of tourism.
After graduating, Luiz Felipe Marconi began his career at the prestigious Hotel das Cataratas, Belmond Hotel, the only five-star hotel in South America, according to Forbes Travel Guide. He worked in Guest Services, Concierge, and Guest Relations during his four years there.
In March 2021, Luiz Felipe sought new challenges and found the opportunity to join the team at LK Design Hotel Florianópolis, the newest upscale hotel in Santa Catarina, as a Concierge. Since then, he has been proud to be part of this incredible team that welcomed him with open arms.
In 2022, he took on the role of Concierge Customer Experience, responsible for creating and suggesting itineraries and experiences for guests, evaluating establishments for recommendations, and providing a more special touch for VIPs who often visit the hotel to celebrate special occasions.
