Among the highlights is the team of concierges, which includes two professionals who have been awarded the Le Clefs d'Or title, a global recognition awarded to a select group in Brazil. Their expertise and personalized service contribute to the high level of guest satisfaction, currently at 90%, reinforcing their position as one of the preferred choices for tourism in the capital of Santa Catarina.

Under the command of chef Felipe Silva, Osli Restaurante has established itself as a gastronomic destination for visitors and residents of Florianópolis, combining contemporary techniques and regional ingredients.
