In Florianópolis, the arrival of winter will be no excuse for not enjoying moments on the rooftop of the LK Design Hotel, with its cozy atmosphere and views that only the most charming hotel in Florianópolis can offer.
This Friday, June 28, the hotel will open its rooftop to the city for another edition of LK Feat Sound. Gio Keiko Trio will be providing the evening's entertainment with great music. The culinary side of things will be led by the hotel's chef, Felipe Silva (Osli Restaurant), who has prepared a special five-course menu, with all the flavor and refinement that characterizes his creations.
In one of the menu items, guests and customers will be able to try a seafood dish that is the star of the island, but in a totally unusual version: mullet will be served smoked on top of a pecorino sablé, accompanied by black garlic aioli and beetroot pickles. To accompany the meal, domestic and imported wines will be served.
