The event will feature a six-course menu specially designed for the occasion, with a unique opportunity to taste the seven best red wines from the 2022 vintage.
Osli Restaurant will host an unprecedented experience, combining the best of contemporary cuisine with the best wines from Miolo Wine Group, from the third edition of the Os Sete Lendários collection, recently launched by the winery. The event, scheduled for July 10 (Wednesday), is a true gathering of giants, with a paired dinner at one of the most popular gastronomic spots on Avenida Beira-Mar Norte, in Florianópolis.
The host, chef Felipe Silva, prepared an exclusive six-course menu for the occasion. “When we talk about pairing, each ingredient chosen to compose the dishes must be carefully thought out in detail so that we can extract their maximum potential and combine them with the drink. The intention is that each combination of flavors results in a perfect and unforgettable harmony for our palate,” explains the chef.
To harmonize with Os Sete Lendários, Miolo's seven iconic wines, the chef at Osli Restaurant brings delicacies such as oysters, crystal caviar, and wagyu beef to his creations, as well as ingredients that highlight the flavors of Brazil and the region. Among the highlights is pork leg in Brazilian nut crusts with araçá sauce, accompanied by creole corn polenta and citrus farofa. And to sweeten the evening, pinhão, a typical fruit from the south of the country, takes center stage in the dessert, served caramelized in a clemenules mousse.
The event will be hosted by winemaker and director of the Miolo Group, Adriano Miolo, who will have the honor of presenting guests with the limited series Os Sete Lendários (The Seven Legends), consisting of seven noble red wines from the 2022 vintage: Miolo Merlot Terroir, Miolo Testardi Syrah, Miolo Quinta do Seiva Castas Portuguesas, Miolo Vinhas Velhas Tannat, Miolo Sesmarias, Miolo Sebrumo Cabernet Sauvignon, and Miolo Lote 43.
