Osli Restaurant heads up the Santa Catarina mountains for a wine pairing dinner at Villa Francioni

The event will combine haute cuisine with the region's finest wines in an exclusive experience on August 3 at the winery in São Joaquim.

A very special event, filled with aromas and flavors, will take place amid one of the most beautiful and enchanting landscapes of the Santa Catarina mountains this winter. It is the Harmonized Dinner, promoted by Osli Restaurant together with Villa Francioni and sommelier Nea Silveira. The event will be held on Saturday, August 3, at 7 pm, at this winery, which is a must-visit in São Joaquim for lovers of good wine and sparkling wine.

This will be the first time that Osli's cuisine will leave the capital for the mountains. And, according to chef Felipe Silva, the move will be for a noble reason. “We are already looking forward to this unprecedented experience, as we are sure that we will all be delighted, not only by the delicacies that can be tasted, but also by the incredible views and unique atmosphere that only the mountains of Santa Catarina can offer,” says the chef.

To pair with the restaurant's finest wines—Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, Cabernet Franc, Michelli, and white fortified wine, as well as VF Rosé Brut sparkling wine—chef Felipe Silva has used all his skill and creativity to create a seven-course menu featuring meat, poultry, seafood, and regional delicacies typical of the season. Sharing command of the evening and the Villa Francioni dining room alongside the chef from Osli will be the winery's oenologist, Nei Rasera, and sommelier Nea Silveira, who will bring all their knowledge of the art of winemaking to the guests.
