Morro da Lagoa da Conceição Viewpoint
For those visiting the eastern part of the island, the Manoel Menezes viewpoint, also known as Mirante da Lagoa, is a must-see spot for photos.
At this spot, located 14 minutes from the LK Design Hotel, you can see much of Lagoa da Conceição, Avenida das Rendeiras, the dunes, and the sea at Joaquina and Mole beaches. You can also use the telescope provided to observe the landscape.

Vila Fátima Retreat House Viewpoint
Another breathtaking viewpoint in Florianópolis: also known as Mirante do Morro das Pedras or Praia da Armação, it is located 35 minutes from the LK Design Hotel.
The property where the viewpoint is located also houses the Vila Fátima Retreat House, built by the Jesuits in 1956. It is a place of spiritual retreat, combining silence with incredible views of Armação Beach, Peri Lagoon, and Matadeiro Beach.
From June to November, it is the ideal place in Florianópolis to try to spot the right whales that visit the Santa Catarina coast.

Lagoinha do Leste Lookout Point
This one is for the adventurous! To reach this viewpoint on Morro da Coroa, you need to hike to Praia da Lagoinha do Leste beach and then hike up the hill. The reward is a breathtaking view of the hill itself and the lagoon with the beach in the background.
Access to the Lagoinha do Leste Trail is via the Pântano do Sul or Matadeiro beaches, located about 35 minutes from the LK Design Hotel, in the south of the island.
