Viewpoint of Hercílio Luz Bridge
Just 5 minutes from the LK Design Hotel, it is one of the most visited viewpoints in Florianópolis. Located next to the insular head of the Hercílio Luz Bridge and next to the Parque da Luz, the tip is to go at dusk and register the silhouette of the bridge at sunset.
Viewpoint of Morro da Lagoa da Conceição
For those visiting the eastern region of the island, the Manoel Menezes viewpoint, also called Mirante da Lagoa, is a mandatory stop for photos.
From this point, located 14 minutes from the LK Design Hotel, you can see a large part of Lagoa da Conceição, the Avenida das Rendeiras, the dunes, and the sea at Joaquina and Mole beaches. You can also use the local telescope to observe the landscape.
Viewpoint of Casa de Retiros Vila Fátima
Also known as Mirante do Morro das Pedras or Praia da Armação, it is located 35 minutes from the LK Design Hotel.
The property where the viewpoint is located also houses the retreat house Vila Fátima, built by the Jesuits in 1956. It is a place of spiritual retreat, which combines silence with the incredible view of Armação Beach, Lagoa do Peri, and Matadeiro Beach.
From June to November, it is the ideal place in Florianópolis to try and spot the right whales that visit the Santa Catarina coast.
Viewpoint of Lagoinha do Leste
This one is for the adventurous! To access this point on the Morro da Coroa, it is necessary to take a trail to Lagoinha do Leste Beach and, once there, another trail to climb it. The reward is a breathtaking view of the hill itself and of the lagoon with the beach in the background.
The accesses to the Lagoinha do Leste trail are through the Pântano do Sul or Matadeiro beaches, located about 35 minutes from the LK Design Hotel, in the South of the island.
